  1. Open website page that have data table you want to copy.
  2. Highlight and select table data on web page with your mouse.
  3. Press Ctrl + C (or right click and select Copy).
  4. Open your Excel sheet and select cell A1.
  5. Right-click on cell A1 and under Paste Options, choose Match Destination Formatting (or press Ctrl + V and click paste menu bottom right to clean format).

If website table is big or updating every day:

  1. Copy the website page URL address from top of browser.
  2. Open Excel workbook and go to Data tab on ribbon menu.

  4. Paste website URL inside box and click OK.
  5. Select the table name from Navigator preview list and click Load.
