Hello everyone! Today I show you very fast trick how to open Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) using Run command box on Windows. When you use shortcut keys, you open Office apps super fast without searching in Start menu!

🛠️ Step-by-Step: How to Use Run Command

Step 1: Open Run Dialog Box

Press shortcut key Windows + R on your keyboard. Small Run box will pop up on bottom-left screen.

Step 2: Type Short Command & Press Enter

Application	Short Run Command	Note
Microsoft Excel	`excel`	Easy to remember
Microsoft Word	`winword`	Must type `winword` (not `word`)
Microsoft PowerPoint	`powerpnt`	Must type `powerpnt` (no `i` at end)
Microsoft Access	`msaccess`	Type `msaccess`
Microsoft Outlook	`outlook`	Open email app
Microsoft OneNote	`onenote`	Open note app

💡 Tip: You can type uppercase or lowercase! Windows understand both excel or EXCEL.

💡 Pro Tips

Don't Spell Word or PowerPoint Wrong:
- For Word, if you type word, Windows cannot find program! You MUST type winword.
- For PowerPoint, if you type powerpoint, it fail! You MUST type powerpnt.
Open Specific File Directly: In Run box, type command + space + file path.
- Example: excel "D:\MyFolder\Report.xlsx" -> Excel open that file immediately!
Open Blank New Document:
- For Word: winword /w
- For Excel: excel /e
Run as Administrator: After typing command in Run box, press Ctrl + Shift + Enter (instead of just Enter) to launch program as Administrator!
